Race Program

A professionally run operation, a full coaching structure, and a season built to earn the next seat.

The structure behind the results

The whole program runs under Matrix Motorsports. A race engineer on the timing stand, a crew that has prepared cars at this level since 1999, and a debrief after every session whether the weekend went well or not.

Transport, tires, setup, spares, and trackside support are handled by people who do this for a living. My job is to arrive prepared and drive.

01On the radio

Driving Coach

In my ear every session. Reference points, racecraft, and where the lap time actually is.

Data Coach

Overlays after every run. The trace decides what we work on, not opinion.

Sports Psychologist

Race weekend routine, pressure, and recovering from a bad session without losing the day.

Strength Coach

Neck, core, and heat tolerance. A GT3 stint is a physical event before it is a mental one.

Simulator Work

Every circuit learned before I arrive, and setup direction tested before the car ships.

Where this goes

Three steps. The first one is already underway.

IGT Championship

Racing the 991.2 GT3 Cup under Matrix across ten races. Building the results record that everything after this depends on.

The next step. Same car, deeper field, national competition.

Porsche Carrera Cup

A professional seat earned on results rather than bought. That is the whole point of doing it this way.

03 · The Motor Enclave

Where the work happens

Between events we test at the Motor Enclave. Private track time, no traffic, and a full day to work through one thing at a time: braking reference, tire management, a setup change we couldn’t risk on a race weekend.

Coach in my ear, engineer on the data, and the same debrief discipline we run at a race. Most of the gains you see on a Sunday were found here on a Tuesday.
